Can we undertake our own security testing?

We do not permit customer-initiated testing for our hosted service. However, we are committed to transparency and provide detailed security information on this page, in our Security Overview, and offer security audit reports upon request.

Can you complete our security questionnaire or RFP?

We strive for transparency and aim to provide all necessary information to support your decision-making process. While we can't respond to every individual questionnaire, we do accommodate requests from new or prospective Enterprise customers.

For all other customers, our Security Overview is available for download, and we offer a sample RFP upon request, which should provide ample information to help you build a business case for Fugo in your organization.

Does Fugo support SSO & MFA?
Yes, you can add any IDP to Fugo that supports SAML or OpenID protocol.
Where is the location of your data center? Is there an option to host data in my region?

Our data center is located in London, UK, and we ensure that your data remains within the UK/EEA.
