Curious to dive deeper? Let’s start with one of the most popular events on our list:

1. ISE (Integrated Systems Europe): Best for media exposure

  • Location: Barcelona, Spain
  • Dates: February 3 - 6, 2026
  • Website: iseurope.org

Integrated Systems Europe (otherwise known as ISE) is the international tech show for the audiovisual world. There are more than 1,600 vendors and 500 expert speakers in attendance each year, with a whopping 85,000+ unique visitors in 2025.

Between keynote speeches and summit programs, attendees can explore massive show floors, join tech tours, and connect with special interest groups in the growing digital signage community. Oh, and the media reach? A staggering 1.4 billion readers annually. It’s one of the easiest places to get coverage as an up-and-coming brand.

All of this (among other reasons) makes ISE a must-attend for B2Bs and growing digital signage brands. It also happens to be one of our favorite trade show events! 😉 If you’re planning on going, we’d love to connect.

2. InfoComm: Best for Hands-On Tech Demos

InfoComm bills itself as ‘the coolest pro AV gathering on the planet’ — and honestly, it’s pretty hard to argue with that. There are around 700+ exhibitors and immersive live demos held every year, which makes it an unbeatable place to see what’s new in AV tech—especially for signage software, LED displays, and interactive screens.

Beyond the show floor, InfoComm also offers deep-dive education sessions, live product testing, and networking events (AVIXA women’s breakfast, anyone?). This is a great place to hunt for new partners or jot down some ideas while planning your tech roadmap.

It’s a good idea to add InfoComm to your calendar if you’re interested in trying out new signage tech (or debuting some of your own). Considering there are also opportunities to take technical courses, it’s a great place to jumpstart your technical acumen too.

⚡Quick Tip: There are offsite tech tours available for an additional fee. You may also have to pay for technical courses, although if you’re sponsored by your business, this might be partially or fully covered.

3. Digital Signage Experience (DSE): Best for Industry-Specific Networking

DSE is one of the only trade shows dedicated entirely to digital signage — and it shows. Every inch of the experience is built around screens, content, and creative display tech. You’ll also find global vendors in software, hardware, CMS platforms, 3D signage, and programmatic advertising.

This event is packed with educational sessions, including real-world case studies, strategy panels, and hands-on demos. It’s also a major hub for networking with agency leaders, resellers, retail tech teams, and digital signage startups.

If you’re specifically focused on digital signage (not just its ancillaries), DSE is where you’ll feel right at home. And who knows — if you have a particularly interesting installation, campaign, or innovation to share, you might just win a coveted DIZZIE Award!

⚡Quick Tip: DSE has an annual call for speakers with experience in the digital signage industry. If that sounds like you and you’d like to be positioned as a thought leader, consider responding before the annual March deadline.

4. NAB Show: Best for Broadcast & Media Innovation

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Dates: April 5 - 9, 2025; October 22 - 23, 2025 Website: nabshow.com

THe NAB Show is a world-renowned gathering for professionals in broadcast, media, and entertainment. Considering digital signage has become increasingly important to that ecosystem, it would be well worth your time to explore this exhibition.

The NAB Show has over 1,000 exhibitors and 50,000+ attendees per year. It also focuses on five major topic ‘buckets’:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Cloud Virtualization
  • Creator Economy
  • Sports
  • Streaming

If you’re a digital signage creator looking to push creative boundaries or integrate with media workflows, this is definitely a can’t-miss event. Expect forward-thinking sessions on content tech, visual infrastructure, and innovations in audience engagement to help bring your next project to life.

Quick Tip: NAB is divided into unique ‘Show Communities’ like Create, Connect, and Capitalize. If you're attending for signage-related inspiration, you might want to stick a bit closer to the ‘Create’ track for relevancy.

5. EuroShop: Best for Retail-Focused Signage Tech

EuroShop is the world’s largest retail trade fair, although it’s only held once every three years. It’s known for bringing together more than 2,000 exhibitors across retail marketing, store design, POS tech, and yes, cutting-edge signage solutions.

There are seven different ‘dimensions’ to consider here:

  • Expo & Event Marketing
  • Retail Marketing
  • Retail Technology
  • Food Service Equipment
  • Refrigeration & Energy Management
  • Shop Fitting, Store Design & Visual Merchandising, Materials & Surfaces
  • Lighting

Most digital signage solutions will fall into the ‘retail marketing’ bucket. 😉

In all situations, expect bold installations, future-forward retail concepts, and a surprisingly large number of signage software and hardware vendors. But all of Euroshop is an ideal place to explore integrations between signage, shopper data, and smart retail strategies (and network with others in the industry).

Quick Tip: EuroShop’s next show is in 2026, so now’s a great time to plan ahead. You’ll want to make sure you book lodging early — Düsseldorf fills up fast during this event.

6. Digital Signage Summit Europe (DSS Europe): Best for Strategic Insights & Industry Forecasting

If you want the pulse of where digital signage is headed — not just the tech, but the strategy behind it — DSS Europe is the place to be. This three-day event is a little less show floor and a little more think tank, which is perfect for professionals interested in becoming thought leaders.

Expect sessions from industry analysts, leaders from global signage networks, and keynote speakers who deep-dive into topics like AI in signage, sustainability, green signage operations, smart retail, and analytics. Sure, there are still exhibition booths, but you’ll find more industry insights than sales pitches here.

You’ll also hear from some of the most well-informed voices in the industry, including invidis founder Florian Rotberg, whose annual keynote tends to set the tone for digital signage in Europe. You can even browse session speakers in advance by topic and industry, such as OOH, manufacturing, healthcare, and education.

Quick Tip: DSS is heavy on strategy and light on gear. So bring a notepad (or tablet) for takeaways, and don’t skip the networking mixers — this is where the decision-makers mingle.

7. RetailTech Japan: Best for Retail Signage in Asia

  • Location: Tokyo, Japan
  • Dates: March 4 – 7, 2025
  • Website: retailtech.jp

RetailTech Japan is one of Asia’s top exhibitions for smart retail solutions, and an event that draws thousands of exhibitors and visitors from across the region. Digital signage is a major focus for in-store engagement, real-time content automation, and smart display integration.

What makes RetailTech Japan especially exciting is its forward-thinking use of technology. From interactive kiosks to AI-based content delivery, this show highlights innovations you won’t see widely adopted in Western markets (for now, anyway).

This event is a great place to scope out what’s next in customer experience tech. You might also get inspired by how signage intersects with robotics, IoT, and retail analytics in a high-efficiency environment.

Quick Tip: English-language materials are usually available, but if you’re planning to exhibit or partner, having Japanese-speaking support can go a long way in building trust and clarity.

8. DSJ (Digital Signage Japan): Best for Display Tech & Interactive Innovation

DSJ is Japan’s largest trade show focused exclusively on digital signage, co-located with other major tech shows like Interop Tokyo and APPS Japan. While RetailTech Japan explores signage within retail, DSJ is all signage, all the time.

This event covers everything from interactive displays and LED walls to DOOH solutions, CMS platforms, and smart city integrations. You’ll find innovations in display tech that are years ahead of mass adoption in other markets (think transparent OLED, facial-recognition-triggered content, and responsive motion signage).

If you’re interested in hardware innovation, UX experiments, or launching into the APAC market, DSJ is an excellent fit. Just keep in mind it’s like RetailTech Japan: there are some English-speaking materials available, but it may be wise to attend with a translator in tow.

Quick Tip: DSJ is part of a mega tech expo, so expect packed halls and major buzz. Plan ahead with your must-see booths and make use of the show app (or map) to avoid getting overwhelmed.

9. Integrate Expo: Best for APAC AV & Signage Integration

Integrate Expo is Australia’s leading AV and tech trade show, which has quickly become a go-to event for digital signage professionals working across Asia-Pacific. It brings vendors in pro AV, content delivery, display technology, and smart environments all under one roof.

While Integrate isn’t exclusively about digital signage, it still has a strong presence with CMS providers, display manufacturers, and integrators. There’s also a strong focus on convergence, like how signage fits into smart building systems, AI-based automation, and hybrid experience design.

P.S., interested in speaking at this world-famous event? Answer its public call to speakers at least two months before the big weekend.

Quick Tip: If you’re already planning to attend the Security Exhibition & Conference (co-located with Integrate), it’s worth bundling your visit to explore cross-industry opportunities.

10. CABSAT: Best for Media-Tech Convergence in the Middle East

  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Dates: May 20 – 22, 2025
  • Website: cabsat.com

CABSAT is the Middle East’s leading event for content, broadcast, satellite, and media tech—which also makes it a valuable touchpoint for digital signage professionals exploring DOOH, OTT advertising, and immersive experience content.

The show has a heavy emphasis on content creation and delivery infrastructure. But with the rise of experiential marketing and smart city investments across the region, signage tech has found a strong foothold here.

If you’re expanding to the Middle East, you need to drop by the CABSAT event. Bonus points if your digital signage solution focuses on areas like content automation, video distribution, and AV system integration.

Quick Tip: CABSAT attracts media agencies, telecom providers, and tech investors. If you’re looking to break into the Middle East market, come prepared to talk partnerships and platform scalability.

11. Digital Signage Federation Meetups & Events: Best for Community Building

The Digital Signage Federation (DSF) hosts a rotating series of meetups, roundtables, webinars, and regional events throughout the year. This is ideal for anyone looking to connect with the signage community on a deeper level (without the stress and expense of a much larger event).

Unlike large trade shows, DSF events tend to be smaller, more intimate, and focused on real conversations, whether that’s about policy updates, tech integration, or creative strategy. DSF also partners with major events like DSE and InfoComm to run sessions and networking opportunities.

Is this technically a trade show event? Not really. But is it a digital signage event? You bet your bottom dollar! It’s well worth attending at least one of these events to get a feel for the community in your local metro.

⚡Quick Tip: DSF events are often free or low-cost for members. Sign up for their newsletter or join a group on LinkedIn to keep an eye on meetups in your area.
