How we picked the best application tracking systems for small business

First, we rounded up top-of-the-line platforms and took a deep-dive into review sites like G2 and Trustpilot. We scrubbed any platforms with overwhelming negative reviews, especially those with ‘red flag’ issues (think recurring bugs or inescapable contracts).
