Missing username and/or password steps

Fugo TV Dashboards needs your username and password to successfully display your dashboards. If Fugo can't detect these steps, your dashboard will fail to show up.

Potential Cause 1: Password manager auto-fill

If you are using a password manager (e.g. 1password, NordPass, Google Chrome) to auto-fill the username and password, then Fugo will not read the input. This is an issue originating from the initial setup.

Consider copy and pasting or typing in the username and password instead.

Potential Cause 2: Not using incognito

You are not running your dashboard in private/incognito mode. This is an issue originating from the initial setup.

This is important, as on non private tabs, your browser will remember your login info and skip the verification steps - meaning Fugo never sees them.

To check if you are using incognito, try the below:

1) Click the extensions button at the top right of your browser. This should look like a puzzle piece.

2) Click the three dots next to the Dashboards Recorder Extension and then click Manage extension.

3) See the option Allow in Incognito and make sure it's enabled. Also make sure that Site Access is set to On all sites.

4) If this was already enabled, on your next attempt make sure all incognito sessions are closed beforehand.
