If you need a bit of help casting (A.K.A sharing or mirroring) your desktop to the Fugo-connected screen/s in your environment, you're in the right place!

Fugo makes screen casting super simple by generating a unique casting link for each screen in your organization's screen network. That unique link is what you'll use to share your Chrome tab, window, or screen on the TV screen.

Here's how πŸ‘‡

πŸ’‘ Note: If you're a Fugo admin and want to learn how to set up the casting link on you screen/s, head over to this guide instead.

1. On the TV screen running Fugo you'll see either a pop up or bar with a casting link and instructions. It will look something like this:

2. In the Chrome browser your laptop or desktop, go to the casting link you see in the instructions:

πŸ’‘ If your Fugo admin has configured the instructions with Wifi credentials for the local network, make sure to join the Wifi network first.

3. Once you're there, you'll see a pop up prompting you to choose which of your currently running programs to cast: Tab, Window, or Entire Screen.

Click Share.

4. This will start the casting session. You can present and operate within your browser as you normally would - going through your presentation, switching tabs, etc.

When you're done presenting, click Stop Sharing.

You can do this from the tab or window you're sharing:

Or from the casting link:

This will end your casting session and the screen will go back to displaying its assigned content as usual.

That's it!

If you have any feedback about Fugo's casting feature, feel free to share that with your Fugo admin or reach out directly to the Fugo team at support@fugo.ai.

Happy casting! πŸ“Ί
