Never miss a beat with your account activity! If you’re on our Core plan, you have access to the Notifications feature, which ensures you’re always up-to-date on key events happening with your account.
What can you be notified about?
Currently, notifications are sent for:
• Player Status - ON: Get alerted when your player is up and running.
• Player Status - OFF: Be informed if a player goes offline.
Ready to set it up? Follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to the account settings by clicking the avatar in the top right, click Account.
2. Core & Enterprise tier customers will be able to click on the Notifications tab to open settings.
3. First, toggle on the notification feature.
4. Click Add email.
5. Enter the email address where you want to receive the notification emails.
6. You can choose to receive these emails either Weekly, Daily, Hourly or Instantly.
7. Once chosen, click Save.
8. This email address will now receive any event notifications based on the frequency you've selected.
9. You can also see a timeline of Events as well as the 'sent' status of the notification email to your designated email address. I.e. whether the notification email reached your inbox.
And that’s it! With notifications enabled, you’re always in the know about what’s happening with your account. Whether you prefer real-time updates or a daily summary, this feature ensures you stay informed and can act quickly when needed.
Remember, you can always revisit the Notifications tab in your account settings to adjust your preferences, add more email addresses, or review your event timeline.
By keeping you updated on critical events like player statuses, notifications are your personal assistant for staying on top of your account’s performance.
