Facing issues with Google Sheets, Docs or Slides log in? Let's try and get that fixed.

"Google hasn't verified this app"

This issue may occur for users who used the older version of our Google apps.

The solution:

  1. Click onto Fugo CMS and scroll down

  2. Click Delete all connections you have with Fugo CMS and confirm.

  3. Now you can go back to the app on Fugo and try logging in again


"403 - We're sorry but you do not have access to this page"

The solution:

  1. Log out of the Google app by clicking "Sign Out" at the top right

  2. Log in again, continue until you see the below page

  3. Make sure to tick the section "See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app". This is so we can see the correct content to display.

  4. Finish logging in and you should be able to use the app as normal.
